To: participants registered for Fall tennis lessons in Maplewood From: John Trinity, Tennis Director, Maplewood Tennis Program RE: Group Lessons begin this week This is just a reminder that you or your son/daughter is registered for tennis lessons beginning this week. Children Beginner meets on Tuesdays from 5:30pm - 7:00pm Children Advanced Beginner/Intermediate meets on Thursdays from 5:30pm - 7:00pm Adult Beginner meets on Tuesdays from 7:00pm - 8:30pm Adult Advanced Beginner meets on Thursdays from 7:00pm - 8:30pm Classes begin Tuesday September 13th, and Thursday September 15th. Classes meet FOUR times. Tuesday Dates: 9/13, 9/20, 9/27, 10/11 (NO CLASSES: 10/4) Thursday Dates: 9/22, 10/13, 10/20, 10/27 (NO CLASSES: 9/29, 10/6
Thursday Classes were rained out on 9/15. Make-up date for that class is 10/27 The location for the lessons is at the Memorial Park Tennis Courts which are adjacent to the civic house in memorial park. The facility has bathrooms and a water-fountain. Parking is available across the street at Walter Park, in front of Town Hall on Valley street, and along the streets near the park. There are no parking spaces at the tennis courts. We have rackets available to borrow for the class if needed. If there is a question about the weather, please call our weather information phone 973-843-1116 for any messages regarding start time or cancellation. If we have to cancel due to rain, we will post a message on the machine. Rained out classes are added to the schedule until all four classes have been held.
